Lloyd’s background includes animal cruelty investigations, open source intelligence, digital investigations, investigative research, covert surveillance, and specialist training for enforcement professionals.
He is a Certified Animal Cruelty Investigator through the University of Missouri Columbia and holds the Open Source Certified credential through the OSMOSIS Association. He is also a Full Member of the International Veterinary Forensic Sciences Association.
Lloyd has delivered organized animal crime investigation workshops to U.S. federal, state, and local law enforcement professionals. He has also presented at the Wildlife Forensics Conference at Clayton State University, Animal ForensiCon, and the International Veterinary Forensic Sciences Association conference.
Leadership Beyond GAPC
Alongside Global Animal Protection Consulting LLC, Lloyd is the founder and Chief Executive of the Animal Welfare Investigations Project, an established animal protection organization with a multidisciplinary team.
