Overcoming the Odds

Brice’s rise in the business world was not an expected one, the odds were definitely stacked against him.

He explains, “I left home at 16 and for about 5 to 7 years got involved in petty crime type stuff like, theft by check or theft of services. It took a stint in prison for me to grow up and realize that I wanted more.”

After his short incarceration, Brice set out to build the life of his dreams. He quickly made a name for himself in sales. He earned accolades as he moved up the ladder from “Rookie Salesman of the Year” to “Sales Manager of the Year.” Eventually, he opened his own marketing company counting Fortune 50 companies as his clients.

Making a Splash in Pools

In 2023, Brice saw a new opportunities with stock tank pools. He saw something of himself in the new business. Taking something completely humble in origin and creating something that makes dreams come true.

“What I loved is that we make pool ownership attainable for just about everyone. Looking Ahead

Brice is proud of the “Best Above Ground Pool Company in NY 2024” award, but he is not resting on his laurels. 2025 will be a year of expansion, growth, and a new launch. With Sustainapool set to open a massive manufacturing facility in Nebraska, to serve 6 new states, he also has plans to grow his online luxury retail site, Plush Lots, and lastly, he’s yet to reveal what he says “This will be my last launch, it’s a passion project in a space I love. I couldn’t be more excited”.
